Signal Signal is Colorado’s largest substance use disorder treatment provider network, contracting with 19 providers and 35 counties in the state. Signal is a non-profit organization, advocating for substance use disorder treatment funding and helping people get connected to quality addiction treatment. Through effective management and coordination of services, Signal aims to increase efficiencies across substance use disorder service systems, to strengthen linkages between human services systems and providers, and to more closely tailor services to the needs and strengths of consumers.
